The result is an exceptionally pure and powerful expression of the raspberry variety "Glen Fyne". A variety that bursts with flavor and color.
If you don't take our word for it, NOFIMA (the Norwegian food research institute) recently tested them and considered them to be the sweetest and most aromatic compared to a bunch of other raspberries they had previously tested.
We got these bonkers flavorful raspberries a little further away from where we normally source our fruit. A couple of hours away, close to Norway's largest lake, "Mjøsa". To keep it "local", we paired them with some freshly extracted and deliciously fragrant wildflower honey from a beekeeper from the same area.

Bottle pour at Peders, pours a hazy bright pink. Aroma brings out intensely deep raspberries and a good honey depth. Flavour is rich and intense, with lots of raspberries, honey and sugars. Intense and complex. Very good.

Bottle sample at a Yana's tasting at Max's place. Deep red. Great honey, raspberry, jammy, sweet, sourish balancing touch, full, rounded. Really great.
