Bottle pour at If It Ain't Dutch. Opaque dsrk amber with a foamy white head. Aroma is punchy- vinous and fruity. Flavourwise is similar with a real spur assault. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. I like even if I don't really know why?!

Clear golden amber topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is a funky nostril fill, stewed fruits, vinous, tannins, herb.
Taste comprises green berry must, bitter citric shreds, barnyard, funk, sharp edged.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a bracing puckering kiss.
Top drawer well balanced sour ... ballsy and in yer face!

A clear dark golden beer, no head. Tart red berries, grapes, funk. Taste of tart red grapes, berries, brett, easy to drink.

Tap at Winter Affair '25. Notes are brief. Lots of complexity, executed really well, nuanced. The Saaz hops works well with the wild farmhouse character. Excellent, one of the highlights of the festival.

Poured from bottle @ MBCC 2023 blue session (finally adding my notes). Hazed gold with small white head. Funk and saaz hops, very balanced. Enjoyable. (7/4/9/4/17=4.1) Poured from bottle @ MBCC 2023 green session (finally adding my notes). Funk, saaz hops, very nice, slight citrus note backing. (8/4/9/4/17=4.2)
