Bottle, directly from Tommie Sjef. Color: Slightly hazy orange amber, white head. Aroma: Fruity berries, hop, wood, subtle rural funk. Taste: Fruity gooseberry, citrus, hints of apple. Moderate to over moderate tart. Wheat. Oak wood notes. Floral hoo notes. Subtle rural funk. Light bitterness.

Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some funky easter and some vinous notes with some grapes notes. Taste is also a good mix of tart notes with some funky ester and some vinous notes with dry finish notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Interesting wild ale but Saaz notes are more faint than I was expecting.

0,75l bottle at home. yellow rather hazy color, medium big white head. smells grassy, hay, oak, peppery, herbal, thyme. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, hay, oak, peppery, herbal, thyme. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of herbs, hay and thyme notes. very nice one, a bit on the heavy side, not super crisp, probably improves with some age.

Bottle. Bit hazy orange golden. Soft funk, wheat, oak, quite hoppy in a aromatic and zesty way but also has some more bitterness than usual. Medium sour and less sweet and bitter. Solid medium bodied. Very nice!

Bottle, courtesy of Hookstar, shared with Zhenya, Ivan and others. Hazy amber-golden body, no head. Fresh aroma, herbal, lightly flowery, citric, melon notes, bit minerally. Soft, flowery taste, herbal, perfumey, sourish, light stone fruit, bitterish with some residual sweetness. Just very, very pleasant, very well made, young and benefiting from it I reckon!
