Magnumflaska från Pellicle, 2023. Rödlila i färgen med rosavit krona. Cider i botten, ganska snäll närvaro från druvskalen. Ger lite strävhet som bidrar med kontrast. Körsbärsvinet rundar av och ger lite fyllighet. Väl integrerat och inte käftsmäll av bären. Växer i glaset. Gott, snyggt.

Flamingo foam, shortlived on deep, coldhazed red liquid. Red wine, appleskins, grapeskins, malonic acid. Red wine with CO². Jumble of mild acids (malonic, lactic,...) Red fruit, red grapes, hint of orange juice, and again dried apple(skin), especially retronasal. Feels spritzy, looks still. Light body, not in the least due to serious acidthinning, light acidburn, quite tart. Dry-out effect. Wine character dominates, a bit more influx from dry cider might be welcome. Rewarding drink.
