Not really a classic representative of the pale ale style. Characterized by strong hoppiness of Simcoe, Chinook, Citra, Cryo Citra and Nectaron hops. The aroma and taste flow from tropical fruit and citrus to pine and resin. Medium - bodied, moderate bitterness with a medium dry finish. Brewed as an hommage to the iconic place of Ljubljana's craft culture - Sir William's pub.

Can, 0.5l. Hazy golden pour, two finger creamy white head, long lasting, sticky lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, herbal and grassy notes, ripe fruits in the background. Medium body, soft to medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, slightly fizzy, easily drinkable. Bitter taste with mild sweet notes to balance it out. Aroma of grains, grass, herbs. Ripe fruits, orange peel, mild spice. Slight yeasty notes. Pine, caramel. Long lasting finish, dry, lingering bitterness. Tasty.

Tap at Goblet. Hazy, very lightly clear amber body, white head. Resin-driven, piney, dank aroma, surprisingly enough, with caramelly and tropical fruity notes. I mean, the description is spot on! Sweetish taste, drier than the aroma, pine and resin, light tropical notes, caramel, lightly bitter. A fascinating hybrid between modern and old school, big props, enjoyed it thoroughly!
