Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a murky amber brown. Aroma is rich, with big honey nectar, toffee, some apple pie spices. Flavour is rich and syrupy, with apple pie spice, toffee, deep honey nectar, and brown sugar. A bit murky and muddled but nice honey depth. Good.

Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear light brown. Dry honey, dried apples, and some perfume on the nose. Flavour has sweet, grainy honey, sweet apples, gentle perfumey notes. Muddled; not great.

Pours clear, darker gold. Scent is funky apple, milder honey. Taste is full, sweet, apple, ice-cider like intensity and sweetness - with mild honey in the back. Relatively loud alcohol, way more than the other meads by this meadery - whom had the same ABV. Without a doubt my favorite by them, though.
