Flaske på Cafe Svejk, sammen med Johnne: vi bestilte en på deling, fant fort ut at her måtte det bestilles en til. Herlig forfriskende, cremet munnfylde og fyldig smak i typisk weizen-stil: banan, litt melon, honnning og koriander. Her blir det pitstop på vei til Tap1 om noen uker!

Pale yellow/straw colour with aroma of banana, clove and pepper spice and mandarin. Soft round texture in the mouth but crisp on the finish.

Bottle, thanks to pivnizub. Hazy golden color with medium white head. Aroma of banana, wheat, clove. Taste, orange, banana, wheat. Sour finish.Good.

Hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma had wheat, banana and yeat. Flavour likewise. Finished sweetish.

Swing top bottle (BZ, BB 08/2010)
Deep orange color, good off-white head. Strong aroma: banana, lots of fruity esters, some yeasty notes. Medium-carbonation and body. Front is lemony-acidic, then overriped banana, yeast, wheat and more citrus in the finish. Personal touch in this weizen.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy goldeny orange colour with mediumsized white fluffy head that quickly settles into a thin white foam. Aroma is toffee, caramel, wheat and some mild notes of grass. Flavour is toffee, wheat, some grass and mild herbal notes as well.

Sweet bubblegum, banana, orange, clove, wheat malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy yellow-tan color with moderate head. Clove, banana, wheat malt flavor. Nice body. Very nice weizen with a strong clove flavor.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts mild, modest fruity, like banana and peach. The finish is more yeasty, not too dry. Well balanced finish. Good Weizen!

Bottle at Fiege’s Stamhaus in Bochum, on December 28, 2008. Cloudy golden color, fluffy off-white lasting head. Spicy, banana, fresh taste. Estery banana and slight acidic scent. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

bottle @ Maria tasting. Golden / orange colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, banana, wheat. Flavour is citrus, banana, wheat, malt. Nice beer.
