Swing top bottle from Pivnizub. Orange blonde, cloudy. Mandarin in the aroma. Mandarin and yeast in the flavor. Some distant flowery hops? Or is it just esters? The emphasis is on fruit. Decent.

0.5 l bottle somewhere in Recklinghausen. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, malty, gently yeasty-spicy aroma of mainly clove and banana, accompanied by some honey and a touch of vanilla. Moderately sweet, minimally bitter, rather yeasty-spicy taste of banana, clove, some honey and traces of vanilla, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Very decent Weizen, definitely among the better ones from the Northern part of Germany.

Swing top Bottle. Piwo o sporej narastającej piance jak ciasto drozdzowe. Silna metnosc i sporo drozdzy w butelce. Smak bananowy podpieczonych jabłek i musu brzoskwiniowego. Dobre kwaskowo wytrawne mało slodowe. Goryczka gdzies w oddali. Ale ogolnie bardzo bananowe i chlebowo ziarniste piwo o silnej metnosci. Dosc dobry rywal dobrych pszeniczniakow z Bavarii.

Mild-weich, weizig, aber nicht zu intensiv. Kaum Banane, kaum Nelken. Neutral-weich mit leichter Säuerlicher Note im Nachgeschmack. Anklänge an Birne. Nett.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Opaque hazy yellow color, full sized white head that lasts for quite a while. Smell sweetish banana and even a hint of vegetables. Bleh. Taste sweetness, slightly artificial, banana. Typical crappy weizen. Don’t like it.

Bottle @home shared by benzai. Hazy slightly murky yellow to orange colour with a big white head. Smells sweet, malts, wheat, slightly smokey, loads of banana. Tastes old (brown) banana, sweet, malts, wheat, yeasty. Medium body and soft carbo.

Bottle from McTapps. Cloudy orange with a large head. Aroma is fruity caramel and wheat. Flavour is banana, a little yeasty on a dry caramel finish.

Danke an McTapps für diese Flasche. Trübes organges Weizen mit schöner feiner Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht hefig, leicht würzig. Geschmack malzig süß, dann leicht säuerlich fruchtig, im Abgang hefig.

[Thanks to McTapps]. Bottle. Cloudy golden colour with a large white head with good lasting and nice lacing.Aroma is dominated by wheat and banana. Flavor is mild malty, wheat and banana notes, hints of yeast as well. The final is very wheaty, creamy on palate.

Bottle from McTapps - thank you, Sabine! Pours cloudy yellow with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops with notes of banana and citrus. Bitter, hoppy onset, replaced by sweetish notes of yeast and banana. Slightly bitter and acidic finish. Decent.
