Thiolised Hazy IPA with Phantasm / Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Citra Lupomax
Mirage is thiol enhanced hazy IPA. Saaz hops in the mash and dusted with Phantasm in the whirlpool for the thiol boost from select lots of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc precursors, WHC, Hop Unlock yeast. Double Dry Hoped with Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Citra Lupomax for extra aroma.

On tap at Goblet, Zagreb. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Hoppy, fruity, dank, some grapes, tropical. Nice bitterish finish. Very smooth. Very nice.

Can courtesy of Hrabren. Murky yellow body, white head. Spicy white grape-driven aroma. Similar taste, big white grape, spicy, sweetish, simplistic but good. Dunno, I'd kinda expected more honestly from the concept - though I do appreciate it. I will hopefully rerate on tap today or tomorrow.

0.5 l can from Valhalla, Zagreb shared with Marko. Hazy orange, small head. Light fruity aroma, berries, oats, vanilla. Honey. Hints of herbs. Medium body, soft texture, moderate carbonation. Some tartness, moderate bitterness,. Flavours are tart fruit, oats, some vanilla. Dry finish.

Tap, LKBW. Hazy yellow, small white head. Mildly soury nose, mild weed. Slightly sweet, medium bitterness. Light. Ok.

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Murky yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, tropical fruits in the nose. Tropical fruits, citrusy, light grapes, touch of yeast and quite juicy with dry bitter finish. Not bad at all.
