Massive hit of Vanilla on the nose and tastebuds, followed by a chocolate and subtle pecan finish. This stout is rich in flavour and has a sweet and silky mouthfeel and mellow finish.

Pours black, medium sized, quickly fading off-white head. Scent is biscuit, coconut-rock (cookies) Taste is sweet, bit medicinal alcohol, chocolate, coockies (coconut, it seems, rather than Pecan). Vanilla is smooth, but doesn't pop out as a seperate ingredient. Medium thick, low carbo.
