Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moldy. Moderate acetic notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Berries present. Average moderate acetic finish. Oily palate.

Shortlived pinkish head, reduced to rim over pinkish terra cotta beer with a veil. Sulphur, putteke , faraway red/pink fruit. Not very imposing nose. Sweetish raspberry juice, with just enough acidity to make it genuine. Aromatic, perfumey, but again anything but intense, to put it mildly. After some warming up, other grains, strangely enough. Light body, bit (fruit)slick, and subtly lipsmacking acidity. I'm in two minds about this one. On one hand, yes, it points to good fruit, but usually one gets fruitexplosion as a result - and certainly at breweries as To Øl. Then, why is this so demure? Txs to Joren for bringing!

A small taste from a friend (can) @ Remedy. Pours clear red with a medium head. Aroma is sour malts with red berries. Flavor is sweet and tart malts with red berries. Tasty.

Can 33 cl. Cloudy red with a lacing, pink head. Hard to define red berry aroma - my guess is red currant. Medium body, massively sour red currant and nothing much more. A super one dimensional primitive berry sour. 010923

330 ml can, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 5.2%. Red colour, moderate pink head. Aroma of crushed cherries, redcurrants and lingonberries, some lactic acid. Sour flavour with lactic acid and distinct notes of said berries.

aroma is mostly red berries, faint berry-herbal notes, faint sawdust. tartness and sourness hides behind the sawdust. flavor is sourness, faint rubber, sour berries, the sourness is not that pleasant, I can't place exactly why, but it tastes more like an accidentally sour beer than like for instance a lambic or an american sour fruit beer. The berries add some balance, but sort of doesn't really manage to work with the sourness, end result is too much accidentially sour beer with added fruit juice. Probably not how it was made, but this is how it tastes. Not very often I get something half-bad from To Øl. it's like there is a fairly strong and fairly weird yet subtle off-flavor in the sourness.
