Bottle at home. Pours salmon-pink with no head. Nose is intense berries, jammy, somewhat funky. Taste is intensely, sharply acidic, slightly funky, then fruity. The finish is dry, tart, fruity. The carbonation is completely flat. Lovely fruit character in there, but the complete lack of carbonation and sharp acidity throw me off a bit.

375ml bottle. Minimally milky, amber colour, no head. Funky yeasty, fruity and slightly woody aroma, notes of raspberry and blackberry, hints of mustard seed, brine, whiffs of oak. Taste is tart, tangy, funky yeasty and slightly fruity, minimally woody, notes of brine, mustard seed, hints of raspberry and blackberry; a weak touch of oak in the finish. Minimally oily, watery texture, astringent palate; flat carbonation. Quite harsh, edgy - not exactly pleasant. Sorry, no extra points for concededly cool label design and wicked ambiguous name...
