We infused a classic IPA, hopped with Wai-iti, with light roasted Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee (citrus, jasmin, mandarin) from our favorite coffee roasters, Monx, from Zonhoven, Belgium. This delivers a nice bitter balanced coffee IPA.

A: hazy orange, stable, frothy, off-white head.
A: old mango, melon, stale orange juice, pine, wet herbs.
T: sweet melon, orange, old biscuit, bitter earth & coffee grounds.
F: piney hops, sourish citrus, earth, bitter citrus pith.
P: medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation.
Coffee doesn't really shine here; maybe the base beer wasn't that good either.
