Can at Valhalla. Thin body, medium carbonation. Interesting to use kveik and choose to call it a pilsener. But I guess I understand, it is really rather clean kveik-wise, probably fermented colder than usual. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Lots of tropical pineapplish and other fruit hops character, light bready maltiness and/or yeastiness. Overall clean though and easy drinking, maybe even age helped it, having the BBD of 2.3.2024 and an assumed shelf-life of 1 year. Quite good.

Can, shared with Hrabren, thanks! Murky yellow body, off-white head. Lovely white grape jelly aroma, huge flowery notes, yeah, some of that NZ herbal notes, but quite subdued, creamy, quite enjoying this. Soft, lean, citric taste, some grape jelly again, soft NZ herbal notes, quite dry I have to say, but not that bitter. A solid beer, just not a pilsner.

0.5 l can shared with Marko. Hazy orange, medium white head. Moderately hoppy, herbal, mint or basil, citrus notes, grapefruit. Wild herb aroma intensifies. No grainy or bready presence. Spicy and herbal hoppy flavour. High bitterness. A clove-like phenolic touch. Crisp, refreshing character. Moderate carbonation, moderately lasting dry herbal finish. A kveik kölsch, not a pilsner.

Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, lightweight, easily drinkable. Balanced bittersweet taste, quite mild overall. Aroma of herbs, grass, grains. Lemon, hay. Somewhat dusty. Yeast, mild spice.
