For this hazy IPA we added Harlequin hops at three different stages - in the whirlpool, then dip hopped in FV, and finally dry hopped. Harlequin is the juiciest of modern UK hops and brings big tropical flavours including peach and passionfruit.

From tap at Cafe Samson, Nijmegen. Fresh citrussy hop aroma with orange, tropical notes, mango, soft smooth pale malt. Moderate bitter, light sweetish. Medium body. Nicely aromatic, citrus, orange.

A: hazy ochre, stable, foamy, white head.
A: mango, peach, tangerine, papaya, biscuit.
T: sweet mangno, peach, sourish citrus, dough.
F: floral hops, ripe tropical fruit, some herbal bitterness.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Quite pleasant.
