Draught at MBCC 2023, Yellow Session. Hazy pale golden body, film-type layer, fair lacing. Promising aromas of ripe lemon with scent of farmyard. Fresh taste of grapes, note of brett, and ripe lemon. Dry and mid-tart ending. Well bodied. Refreshing and pleasing. (Copenhagen, 05.05.2023).

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 34C: clay amphora / 29D). Bottle 37.5 cl - Batch L7491008 (BBF 08.27). AROMA: medium citrus-like grape notes mixed with a medium barnyard background character and low woody notes. APPEARANCE: light gold color and clear. low white head with low to no retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma but less in intensity at citrus-like notes and horse blanket (medium-low) with slight wood and yeast. medium bitterness with a very dry finish. MOUTHFEEL: light body with low carbonation. slight alcohol sensation. OVERALL: a grape ale with predominant wild fermentation notes and overly dry.
