Adambier is an old German style of strong ale, rooted in the tradition of the city of Dortmund. It is a rich, dark and satisfying ale, brewed with a wide range of different malts - both caramelized, roasted and peat-smoked - to create a complex ale with notes of dark fruits, leather, honey and chocolate.

Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustaf Malmö som Adambier. Stor kropp, ganska söt, värmande alkhol, en riktig maltbomb. Gott

Can 33 cl. Pours dark brown with an orange hue and a small, beige head. Thick aroma of sweet, overripe dark fruits, honey, brown sugars and alcohol. Rich, sweet malty body. Slight roast, slight smoke but mostly these dark, overripe fruits. Mushy and boozy. Somewhere in Barley Wine/Doppelbock territory. Delicious! 141022

Tap. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is herb bonbon, some caramel, a bit bready. Taste is big bonbon, caramel, a little bit of tartness, not too much. Oily mouthfeel, sweetish, low carbonation. Tasty enough!

Can. A dark brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, herbs, and honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, roasted malt, herbs, and hints of smoke, leading to a dry finish.
