Refractor is a Pale Ale. Brewed to be super sessionable, with an equal split of vibrant El Dorado and Azacca hops. Full of ripe mango, sweet pineapple and soft hits of citrus. Fermented with British ale yeast churning up juicy esters adding depth to this lightly hazed brew.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 30 Apr 2022) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of lemon, grapefruit, peaches, grain and white bread. Malty, hoppy taste with peaches, orange, pineapple, white bread, soft malt and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Very nice.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 10/04/22. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a decent just off white head. Nose is tangerine, grass, lychee, melon, soft malts. Taste comprises orange squash, grass, pale malts, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness. I'ts a little lacklustre and very much on the whelming side this one ... but nothing terrible.

Can at home picked up from Gipsy hill online. A hazed pale gold coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is milky wheat, jammy apricot, tangerine, orange creamsicle. Flavour is composed of soft doughy wheat, oranmge rind, peaches and cream, spicy citrus. Palate is soft and milky, frothy carbonation. ok.
