Bottle at Prostor, surprise find, after the shock that I missed it last time I was here. Clear amber-ruby body, beige head. Creamy, nutty aroma, dried fruit. Pleasant, lovely bock taste, sweetish, creamy but a bit lean, nutty, dried fruit, light caramel, lightly herbal. Better than most German bocks I've had, I'll say that much. Very drinkable and spot on for the style! Highly underrated by some, even by me probably as well.

On tap at Medvedgrad Ilica, Zagreb. Clear amber, small head. Light malty, caramel, a touch of spice, a touch of dried fruit. Smooth, medium body, moderately sweet. Caramely, spicy, fruity, alcoholic flavour. Light finish.

Bottle, 0.5l. Deep amber pour, one finger frothy off-white head, medium retention. No lacing. Malty nose, sweet, nutty, toasted caramel in the background. Medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, easily drinkable. Sweet taste balanced with some liquory bitter notes in the background. Aroma of toasted caramel, sugar, bread. Hints of dried fruits, nuts, liquor. Sticky. Medium lasting finish, sweet, dry, sticky, subtle lingering alcohol. Good one.

Dunkler, süß karamelliger Beginn. Weiche Herbe, relativ süffig, würzig. Die Süße stört mit der Zeit etwas, das Bier hat wenig Kanten. Mittellanger malziger Abgang. 10/8/9/8//9

On tap at Medvedgrad Ilica. Darker amber coloured, small to medium sized beige head, malty caramel nose. Sweet malty, fruity, light caramel and touch of alcohol with rather sweet finish. Bit watery as well.
