The Duality series continues in 2022.
Many apricots from local orchards in Zagorje have been added to this Duality. The apricot was the best we have ever tasted, sweet like jam and juicy just like this beer. The aroma of Duality 03 reminds us of sweet and sour apricot and peach jam, and the taste of apricot is perfectly complemented by Brett notes and tannins from wooden, oak barrels.
This beer is moderately and pleasantly sour.
Fruit: Apricots 15g/L
Yeast/microbes: Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus and something wild

On tap at Spicy Days Zagreb. Murky orange coloured, medium sized white head, sour apricot nose. Strong sour apricot taste with notes of yeast and slightly syrupy. Sour finish as well. Refreshing.
