The Duality series continues in 2022.
Many apricots from local orchards in Zagorje have been added to this Duality. The apricot was the best we have ever tasted, sweet like jam and juicy just like this beer. The aroma of Duality 03 reminds us of sweet and sour apricot and peach jam, and the taste of apricot is perfectly complemented by Brett notes and tannins from wooden, oak barrels.
This beer is moderately and pleasantly sour.
Fruit: Apricots 15g/L
Yeast/microbes: Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus and something wild

Bottle, 750 ml at Mlinarica. Shared at RBESG. Reddish orange with small white head. Some apricots, grapes skins, bit musty, vinegar, red wine. Somewhat too acetic.

Happeline, aprikoos, nisune, puuviljane, kuiv, lihtne. Ok.
Battery acid, lemon, sour, bubbly, bit yeasty, grape skins

Tap at the brewery. Thin body, rather low carbonation. Very high sourness which seems to be mostly lactic, but also med-light acetic presence. The combination is fine, just turned up to 11 as a whole, which does not really work for me. Hard to look for anything here while being overwhelmed by unreasonable amount of mouth-puckering sourness. This is blending material, not really suited to be released as is. I struggle to even find the apricot here, there is lots of farmhouse funk though. Average at best in my opinion.

Bottle 0.75l at The source, Zagreb. Color is cloudy light orange with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, Some tropical fruits, apricot, some funky yeast, dryness...OK.

Bottle at brewery. Orange color wirh some head. Atoma is apricot, light sourness, funk. Taste is nicely sour woth apricots, light yest, wood. Good.

Süffiger, vollmundig säuerlicher Beginn. Trauben und Aprikose, weich, Nuancen von Essig. Spritzig, natürlich fruchtig, intensiv, langer Abgang. Gut! 9/13/11/11/12/11

Tap, LKBW. Hazy orange, thin white and nonlastig head. Ripe and sweet apricot nose. Moderately sour, harsh and balsamic. Light. Ok.

Bottle. Murky reddish amber, off-white head. Wild aroma, yeasty, some apricot. Tart taste, biting, apricot soft, light wild touches. Dunno, bit too bitey and not that aromatic.

0.33bl bottle at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Hazy copper, minimal head. Flavour is intense fruity, red fruit, raspberry, ripe apricot, ripe peach, nectarine. Fruit jam. Cocoa after awhile. Peppery, spicy, slightly funky. Intense sourness, puckering. Tart fruit, funky raspberry juice, apricot, quite rich and full, medium body, refreshing, moderate to high carbonation, moderate finish.
