Purchased at hop malt market, Paris. Drinking it yesterday, at home with my wife, fresh weather, correct sour beer, dry, mineral, tropical fruits, note of lychee, mango, passion fruit, regular bitterness, dry sourness, rather well balanced.

Tap at the brewery, in Zagreb, Croatia. Pours orange, hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma clearly fruity, recalling orange and most of all tropical fruits like papaya. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sour, with definitely some fruity sweetness. Final is average.

Cloudy peach orange coloured beer, creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: wow, lots of lactobacillus, lactose as well? Fruity, berries, melons, very intense smell! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: rather watery, pretty sour, bitter touch, a bit lemony, meh. Where’s all the flavour? Aftertaste: dry and pretty bitter, rather unpleasant, no fruit?

Fat på Brewskival 2023. Persikorosa disig med vit krona. Plommon, guava, fruktigt, något jordig, lätt sälta, möjligen att det sticker iväg lite i eftersmaken.
