Flaska från Bofkont, 2022. Varmgul, disig med vit krona. Fyllig, mycket frukt, djup syra, mycket fruktkärnor. Druvorna ger lite stramhet och balanserar upp snyggt. Syran sitter långt bak i kinderna. Får igång salivproduktionen. Mycket gott.

0,75l bottle at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells peaches, very fragrent, parfumy, cinnamon. Lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes stone fruits, plums, peaches, bit cinnamon, bit lactic. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of peaches, stone fruits and lactic notes. Very good stuff, a tad on the lactic side, but overall very good

Draught @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2023 (MBCC). Tart and funky with some apricot, vinous grapes and sourness.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours an opaque muddled dull orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy stone fruit, not much of the grape, and gentle acidity. Flavour is earthy and muddled, with dry grape skins, earthiness, and muddled notes. Not getting much funk or pronounced character. Uncoordinated.
