Pours unclear, darker yellow. Scent is very full, apricot, intense, milder lambic funk. Taste is sharp, lambic funk, tart, dry. Oak. Intense apricot. Very enjoyable.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2022, Saturday Session. A clear yellow golden beer. Aroma and Taste of sour grapes, apricot, some peach, funky tart finish.

No head; hazy yellow beer. Green leaves, farmyard odours, peach. Very sour, lemony, pineapple, sweet(er) fruit behind, peach. Sharp, acidburn and -thinning. Peach increases in the finish and aftertaste. Harsh - but still loveable. Thanks to Sam!

Bottle. Grote Dorst. Hazed peachy gold. No head. Nose has fresh peach and apricot. Some lactic sourness. Some apricot kernel. Taste is tart and sharp. Fairly dry. Minimal fruity sweetness. Fairly thin and dry on the palate. Moderate to high carbonation. Fairly acidic overall. Tart dry finish. Ok.

Taster from bottle at Station 1280, Antwerp. Yellow hazy color, small white head. smells apricots, very jammy, peachy, peppery notes, lots and lots of stone fruits. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes apricots, grassy, earthy, priory. Finishes very dry and medium sour with notes of apricots and pepper. Good stuff, loved the smell, but very tart.

Rerate 06.10.2022: 0,75l bottle shared at Ammutson. Yellow murky color, small white head. smells apricots, peaches, cinnamon, peach pits, parfumy. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes peaches, apricots, vinous, citric. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of peaches, apricots and lactic notes. Rather on the sour side, too much for me

Flaska från Bofkont, 2021. Gul/guldig något disig med vit krona. Fantastisk doft med massor av aprikos och persika i förgrunden, med druvorna mer i support. Väldigt fin fruktsötma och fyllighet inledningsvis i smaken. Går snabbt över till en ganska djup och bitande syra, med massor av syrliga fruktkärnor. Kanske något i överkant för en annars ordentlig fruktbomb.

From bottle at MBCC 2022. Poured unclear deep orange color. Peachy and tart. Very dry. Dried apricots in flavor. Funk and sourness.
