During MBCC 2023 Saturday afternoon session with Matt, Brian, Ryan, Phill, Erik, along with superhelpful, funny, and sarcastic Rachel, hehe. Appearance: hazy blonde. Aroma: funky, some fruit. Taste: same, a bit acidic. Overall: ok.

MBCC. Almost clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grapes, plum, wood and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 060523

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is peach, white wine, elegant exotic aroma, some flowery hops too. Taste is the same, good mineraly bite, solid funk, not too dry. Sparkly carbonation. Tasty!

750ml bottle. Funky, tart and slightly sourish with some peachy notes, vinous grapes, oaky notes, plums. Quite complex and balanced

Pours unclear blonde, no real head. Scent is very full, fruitfdorward, peachy. Intense lambic funk. Taste is sharp, lambic funk, apricot / Peach ( very fruitforward). Yet lambic funk isn't at all lost. Lovely.
