Thanks Walt for sharing! Wineglass showing pale gold with sparse white foam.

The nose shows intense juicy ripe peaches with hints of plums.

The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Peach forward but highly tart with hints of peach.

750mL bottle drunk 2/14/24. Light haze, apricot-peach-golden. No head. Juicy grape, mellow peach, excellent funk. Good mineral and sulfur, light malt. Clean. Juicy, sulfur-rich, heavy mineral, good malt and wheat slick texture with light but tight carbonation. Mellow acidity especially given the adjuncts. Vanilla and more from peach skin. Maybe a hint aspirinated. Lingering wood dryness.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of stone fruits, minimal funk and a hint of dry hopping. Flavour is full of stone fruits, a touch of riesling and gentle hops. Minimally funky, gently acidic. Solid but nothing amazing.
