Pruulitud 2022, bb 2026. Magus, herbaalne, linnaseline, nata happeline, kuiv. Ok, vana meeldis rohkem.

Carnivale Brettanomyces 2023. Pours a mostly clear deep ruby colour and a denken but small beige head. Aroma's: funky, sweetish, sourish, wood/tannines. Retronasal follows this. Flavour is light moderate sweet'n'sour. Warming alcohol. Medium bodied. Finishes dry and somewhat bitter. Nice reconstruction of this classic.
