This Pilsner was fermented very cold and hopped exclusively with New Zealand Motueka. Crispy carbonation and mild grassy and lime tones make this a perfect pairing for our Birra Tacos.

Poured @ MBCC 2023 (finally adding my notes). Clear blonde gold with small white head. Clean and crisp, lots of bitterness that gets overpowering.

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp kiwi, crisp crackery malt, and straw. Flavour is bitter, with lots of kiwi, intense bitterness and crackery malt. Bright, crisp and bitter. Excellent pils.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, cereals, a bit earthy. Taste is the same, mildly chewy, dash vegetal. Silky mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Alright, not great.
