Pale blond colour with thin head. Aroma is a bit shitty, farmhouse. Light wheaty, citric sharpness.

No head but some bubbles, reflected on glass-adhering ones over fully clear, pale golden beer. Putteke , clay, Bretts, other grains, farmyard odours. Flavours are Bretts (floormop included), with lemon and lactic acid. Nondescript fruity esters. Feels very carbonated, almost fizzy, but doesn't look the part. Light body. Underperforms by not having enough depth for this kind of beer, rather unidimensional sour.

0,33l bottle at Airbnb Brussels. Vintage 2022, BB 11/2032. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells grapes, funky, bit cheesy, spices, bit herbal, bit peppery. pretty nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, bit lactic, peppery, tobacco, herbal, thyme, subtle dill, leathery. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of tobacco, herbs and leathery notes. good stuff, very good balance.

Draft, 150ml. @Malte Atochas, A Coruña. 01/05/2023 [#6.085 Global - #80 France - #5 Brasserie Sacrilege] Pours hazy pale golden with a lacing and lasting white head. Aroma: wild yeast, leather, hay and funk. Taste: lacto, brett, funk and lime. Refreshing with a balanced acidity. Next one please!
