Taster from 0,75l bottle at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells spices, curry, funky, wood, leathery. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes vin jaune, spices, curry, leathery, wood, peppery. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of curry, funk and peppery notes. Very good one

Rerate 01.09.2023: 0,75l in Antwerp. Amber hazy color, small white head. Smells very vin Jaune forward, oxidized, peppery. Nice to very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes vin Jaune, curry notes, nutty, earthy. Finishes lightly dry lightly sour with notes of curry notes, vin Jaune and peppery notes. Good stuff, rather intense
