BF Wild 2020/21 Beer Blend with 3/4 part 2 years old beer (new oak) about 1 liter different Vin Santo’s 2013 Fattoria di Basciano, 2012 Rocca Delle Macie & 2014 Castelli del Grevepesa on 20l beer. Bottled 29 okt 22 with a little young beer for bottle refermentation.

Bottle shared thanks to Maarten Bakkum. Hazy golden. Deep funk, almonds, caramel, oak, dry wine. Medium seeet, less sour. Full bodied.

Taster from 0,75l bottle at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. Amber cloudy color, small white head. smells oxidation, oak, funky, sweet wine. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes oxidation, wood, oak, sherry, nutty, peppery. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of sherry, nuts and wood notes. very good stuff, lovely balance.
