Tap at In de Wildemann. Dark gold with large white head. Light citrus aromas. Flavor is light malt with a lot of noble hop. Kellerbier? Fooled me. Seemed quite pils.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge, white and collapsing white head. Aroma is dry phenolic and slight grassy. Sweet malty and light citrusy flavoured. Rather mellow yeasty flavoured. Sweet and light fruity lingering into the finish. Lingering fruity finish. Nice one.

Bottled. An unclear? dark golden pilsener with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of fresh hops, and earth, as well as lighter notes of malt and citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus, malt, hops, and alcohol, as well as light notes of dust and over ripe fruits, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Draught at th brewery, big creamy head, very hazy light orange with some yellow taints, aroma of rose petals and guava, flavours of pistacio and nuts, mustard seeds and some fruitiness in the back, with a strong but not overpowering hoppy bitterness presence which leeds to a long bitter aftertaste. Highly original.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Sveavägen, Stockholm. (as de Molen Pilz). Bright cloudy yellow, small coarse head. Sourish grainy nose. Chewy, bready grainy malt dominates, spicy grassy hops contribute. Dryish and fairly light bodied with chewy mouthfeel and medium bitterness. De Molen is not really playing at home in this style.

Courtesy of bierkoning, thanks Edo!
Muddy yellow color, cloudy white head, lace. Hayish hoppy, yeasty aroma. High carbonation. Hayish-grassy flavor. Quite aromatic, just a bit too yeasty pilsener as it could be more refreshing without excessive yeast.

Bottle shared by TBone, thanks. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grass, spices, yeast and some fruityness. Flavour is hops, fruits, caramel, grass, yeast and mild notes of herbs. A pleasant and wellbalanced brew.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a decent white head. Slightly sourish nose with a nice blend of malt and fruit, but not convincing at all. Sourish, lemony and malty flavor with some nice bitterness, especially in the finish. Some lemon as well in the finish. Medium body. A decent beer, but the sourness made me wonder if it’s infected.
