In 2019 Katharina from Weingut Wechsler drove all the way to Amsterdam with a load of her sylvaner grapes. She also brought a wine press, which we put straight to use in the brewery. After the pressing, we let the wine age for two years before blending it with fresh pilsner and a saison aged in a red wine barrel.

Bottle. Hazy light golden. Sweet grapes, yoghurt, light funk, wheat, gooseberries, soft alcohol. Under medium sour and bitter and a bit less sweet. Over medium bodied. Quite OK.
