Citra (US), Galaxy (AUS) and Enigma (AUS) hops produce these delicious tastes while providing a smooth bitterness hiding inside a rich body brought by the addition of flaked oats.

Can 04/07/2023 Shared at Sams Hop Tasting - wow new 🇨🇾 brewery ✅ intense juicy fruity aroma and taste with lots of tropical lychee and papaya, guava, some citrus tangerine and grapefruit in there, malty backing, solid hoppy close. What a great first impression.

Double-dryhopped NEDIPA from the Greek part of Cyprus, my first beer from that part of the world in fact. Yellowish egg-white, dense, membrane-lacing, creamy head, slowly opening over a milky opaque beige-tinged yolk-yellow robe. Aroma of granadilla, starfruit, rambutan, dough, lemongrass, whipped cream, mango, guava, milk, Betterfood, honeysuckle, vanilla blossom, moist white pepper, elderblossom somewhere. Sweet and utterly juicy onset, lots of mango, guava and granadilla effects, softly carbonated with soft, fluffy mouthfeel; doughy, ‘milky’ middle drenched in tropical hoppiness with refreshing citrusy edges, again mango, guava and also pomelo or kumquat – along with a sultry flowery note (jasmin?). A peppery hop bitterness ensues, a bit stronger even than usual for this style, or at least lingering for a bit longer. Fine NEDIPA indeed, not the most exuberant one in comparison with some of especially America’s greatest in this range, but remarkably well done, better than expected even.

500ml can. Murky, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Juicy, tropical fruity and resinous, slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty and wheaty malty background, notes of mango, guava, papaya, some orange, bitter orange. Taste is juicy, tropical fruity and slightly citrusy fruity as well as resinous hoppy, creamy, oaty and wheaty malty basis with some residual sweetness, light tartness, very mild bitterness, notes of mango, guava, some orange, bitter orange, subtle, resinous, basic layer. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Harmonious and homogeneous, creamy and juicy - very good!
