Flaska från SB. Disig gulorange vätska med lågt skum. Friskt syrlig fruktig doft. Mycket persikor och pigg syra. Kanske inte så komplex eller funkig men fruktigheten är riktigt trevlig. Gott

Peach lambic ('pêche' if you will) by Tilquin, made with 230 grams of yellow peaches per liter; another one to come out of their fascinating experimental lambic series. Medium sized, frothy, egg-white, tiny-bubbled and stable head on an initially clear warm pale orange blonde beer with deep 'old golden' glow and a champagne-like whirlwind of sparkling in the middle - a feast to the eye, turning misty further on. Rich aroma of both ripe and unripe yellow peaches, strong green apple, lemon juice, wet old wood, dry hay, green gooseberries, sorrel, fermenting plums, wet leather, unripe pineapple, wild berries. Spritzy, crisp onset, sharpish lemony-fruity sourness accentuated by natural acids from the lambic yet still not too puckering (for me), unripe peach again paired with a sweeter core of ripe yellow peach, flanked by pronounced green apple, raw rhubarb and gooseberry flavours, all highlighted by minerally effervescence; the fruit acidity continues to add 'fraîcheur' and colour through a lean, drying middle, built on a slender bready core, lactic tartness and fruity lambic esters - with the peach effects, sour and (to a far lower extent) sweet, blending into the whole seamlessly. Very fruity, tart, vinous finish, colourful with light woody notes and just a superficial whiff of Bretty funkiness - but the stonefruit truly shines till the last drop and gets all the credits. Another stunningly beautiful peach lambic - this fruit has very persuasively proven that it fits the lambic context as good as sour cherries or raspberries as far as I am concerned. Absolutely delicious.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours unclear gold with a creamy, white head. Lightly sweet with bright citric tang, some drying pale wood, lemony tang, a little grass. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Quenching finish. Super.

Bottle share at CBJ. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Tart peach. Never gets acid. A little Nectarine tartness on the light dry finish. Drinkable.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A really funky, baby diaper, sour, green, woody, sour fuzzy peach, funk. Super sour. Palate is semi sweet pickle sour, highish airy carbonation. Super harsh. Prickly fuzzy peach,.

Hazy yellow/orange colour, white foam. Nose of lemon, funk, wood, fruity notes of unripe peach. Rather tart an lemony, not very fruity.
