Base de bières sauvages aux fleurs de sureau et lies de vin blanc et de bières acides élevées un an en barrique, déterminée en collaboration avec les faiseuses de gins La Theriaque qui ont proposé leurs mélange de plantes pour leur cuvée Garrigue
Base of wild beers on eldeberries flowers and white wine lees and sour beers all aged around a year. Blend made with plants selected from Gin makers ladies from La Theriaque.

Appearance: Hazy yellow colour with a small quickly disappearing white head.
Aroma: Sour, fruit, tart, spices, vinous, floral.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.

A: hazy orange, stable, foamy, white head.
A: elderflower, thyme, oak, vanilla, plum, lemon.
T: sour plum, kiwi, herbs, berries, perfumey lemon.
F: tart yellow fruit, vague herbal hops, softly tannic wood.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Blends tartness & herbs well.
