A: clear golden, thin, off-white head.
A: ripe tangerine, melon, shallot, cheese, gin.
T: sweet melon, sourish citrus zest, spicy shallot.
F: piney hops, melon, dank shallot, warming gin-like alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
Weirdly clear and more of a classic DIPA - where's the NE intention gone? But okay anyway.
