Het is een lekker, zomers, sappig, troebel en doordrinkbaar bier geworden. Fruitig, met een zeer milde bitterheid en een licht zuurtje op het einde. Om de bitterheid laag te houden, werd enkel op het einde van het brouwproces aromahop toegevoegd. Dat zorgt voor tropische fruit- en citrussmaken. Maar de speciale touch van het bier komt door het toevoegen van een ananas-karamelsiroop.

Draught Very good, dense white head with textbook lace over hazy yellow-golden beer. Fruity nose. I think I get the pineapple indeed. Sweet-fruity, but no smoke. Sweet, but with fruity, light-acidic touch. pineapple being quite plausible. Some meaty esters too (but again, no smoke). Finish is a bit neutral, almost no ongoing flavours afterwards. Very fine, spritzy carbonation; medium bodied at best. Really not bad _ I was afraid having read the ingredients, but it works out fine. Excellent summerbeer indeed, though it is just short of refreshing.
