Bottle. 2021 vintage. A clear, deep golden oily pour with no head. Intense apple aroma, caramel, alcohol, grass, apple cores and apple juice. Full body, sweet, lightly warming and smooth. No carbonation. Oily. Apple juice, apple jam, apple cores, overripe apple and some grass and alcohol in the flavor. Lasting finish. Nice indeed, but it lacks a bit on complexity and intensity I think. 250314

YG. Deep golden color with no head. Aroma and flavor is apple, alcohol, sugar, caramel, apple core, grass. Nice.
