Bottle 0,3ltr: Amber looking brew with a sweety and spicy taste and a bitter feel along the drinking process, they use also the gale herb.

Tap, Café Morshuis Albergen. Plums, caramel and a pleasant, somewhat earthy bitterness to be tasted throughout the beer, but especially in the aftertaste. Hints of licorice and ginger. Good balance.

Medium offwhite shiny head. Amber body. Bready fruity floral aroma with perfumy butterscotch, cinnamon, and cardamom notes. Dry-sweet cardamom and cinnamon taste with bready cocos notes. Dry roasty vanilla aftertaste. A very odd beer, primarily because of the spices. Quite nice, though. (0.5l bottle as a gift from a blog reader.)

Tap, ledig Erf. Clear amber color, short head. Aroma of caramel malt, bit sweet and fruity. Sweet and malty taste. Not a bad starter.
