500ml can, thanks to djoeye. Wheat haze to an apricot coloured body. Frothy off-white head slowly fading away. Smell of mid-sweet fruity wheat. Mild tart citrus taste offset by ripe banana sweetness, lightly spiced. Thin and a little metallic on the swallow. No problem to empty the can (at home, Tromsø 08.05.2014).

0.5l can. Well, it looks really good this. A cloudy deep orange colored body under a big and lasting near fluffy off-white lingering and lacing head. Nice nose as well with a good amount of wheat sweetness blended with dried oranges and a floral fruitiness. Yeah, I'm impressed actually. It has a really thin and almost mineral water-like feeling in the mouth this one. The carbonation is spot on though. Again, it it doesn't taste bad at all. Lots of nice wheat sweetness, some grains, a little bit of fruity melon and it glides quite nicely. A faint t acidic what hint in the finish. I think I've just found my to-go beer when I'm in the mood for a alcohol free weizen(well, and they are sold out of the Erdinger and Weihenstephaner). 10.04.2014

Orangebrun farge med ok luftig skum. Lukter overraskende bra.. banan, hvete.

500 ml can. Unclear orange body with a huge, creamy off-white head. Decent, rather typical but not very exiting weissbier aroma. Banana, cloves and yeast. The flavor is basically also rather typical standard weissbier with banana, cloves and a hint of honey. It also feels a bit sweet and slightly acidic in a way. Thin body and short aftertaste. Drinkable, but extremely boring. Actually prefer the regular Clausthaler over this if I need something non-alcoholic.

50cl can (as Clausthaler Weizen) from Kiwi. Pours hazy brownish orange with a nice and lasting white head. Wheaty aroma with banana, cloves and some yeasty notes. Medium sweet with mild, but pleasant fruity and wheaty flavours. Hints of sour notes too, not much bitterness, but quite refreshing and drinkable. Watery as expected, but a great N/A beer in my book. Nice surprise.

Huge offwhite head. Hazy orange body. Papery mealy dusty aroma with grainy notes. Dry, and faintly acidic, mealy papery taste with faint fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, powdery mouthfeel. Dry mealy papery aftertaste with dusty notes. Well. It’s not really offensive, but the Erdinger alcohol-free is much better than this. (0.5l can from Meny Strømmen.)

1/2 Liter Box Clausthaler Weisen fra Spar Bryne. Duft av hvete og banan. Dunkel lys brun farge. Dekkende tykt skum. Noe tynn vassen hvete smak med en svak syrlig ettersmak. Kommer ikke opp blant mine favoritter av alkoholfritt.

500 ml can, as Clausthaler Weizen, from a REMA 1000 store. Brewed in Germany, canned by Hansa-Borg in Bergen. Cloudy orange colour, large to moderate white head. Surprisingly "normal " hefeweizen aroma of banana and cloves. The flavour is fairly bland, but still rather refreshing due to some citrussy notes and moderate hefeweizen characteristics. The finish however is very bland and dull, with hints of boiled vegetables. As a non-alcoholic beer, it is definitely not the worst of its kind.
