Brewed with German Pilsner malt and flaked rice, hopped with Simcoe, and Citra in both boil and fermenter. A clean lager base beer gets paired up with lots of tropical and citrus flavor from lots of Simcoe and Citra hops.

Taster showing pale straw with two fingers of clean white foam.
The nose shows intense forward notes of citra (i.e. pineapple and light kiwi)
The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Strong citra forwardness throughout with a mild bitterness. Very good hoppy pilsner.
