can Probably my first beer that is self declared as Florida weisse. very slightly cloudy yellow, huge fluffy white head. aroma of vanilla ice cream with oranges flavor, combined with a berliner weisse more salty malty aroma. strange, but it works. flavor is slightly salty berliner weisse but more bitter than normal, also a lot of citrus fruity notes that does not seem to come from yeasts or wheat, but rather real fruit or fruit flavoring. in the end comes off as a bit too artificial. also a little bit of fruit peel bitterness. Unusual beer. They do crazy stuff over there.

Draft. A cloudy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of pineapple and wheat. The flavor is slightly sour with notes of pineapple, wheat, and funk, leading to a dry finish.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen. Golden body with a few offwhite patches on top. Green apples, grass, yeast, grapefruit and lemon. Sour and yeasty. Not what I expected from a wiessbier.
