This season we're drinking Irish red Ale with a bright appearance and reddish color, medium carbonation and high foam retention. The malts bring caramelized flavors and roasted notes that will leave us with a dry and sweet finish at the same time. The result is a beer that is very easy to sip and at the same time full-bodied.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 26/02/2024. Dégustée au food truck de Serra de Daro.
Couleur ambre/acajou, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme reste sur une approche plutôt classique -bien malté sur un bouquet caramel, léger toffee/grillé voire céréales avec une pointe de fruits noirs rappelant la figue et baies noires.
Palais est léger sur un agréable caractère malté, finement grillé, torréfié, pâle, cara, pointe de fruits noirs avec une belle amertume noble.
