Bucket Hat Summer fruited kettle sour is BACK and this year we went with blueberry! Nothing helps you beat the heat like a refreshing kettle sour paired with some shade protection circling your noggin! BHS is a fun project where we get to try out making tart beers with different fruits and berries. This particular version has a more subtle tartness than past years and is balanced by blueberry added to the fermentation… BUCKET HAT SUMMER!!

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy orange red with a thin, fizzy, short lived, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy pale malt, blueberry and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy pale malt, blueberry, a hint of vanilla and floral hops in a dry, slightly acidic, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average to lively carbonation. Not sure blueberry is the best adjunct for a Kettle Sour, but it's refreshing and goes down easy in the summer heat.
