Schwach herber, geringfügig getreidiger Beginn. Wenig würzig, leicht ansteigende Malzigkeit, dennoch enttäuschend schwach. Süffig, unspannend. 9/7/9/7/8/7

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before January 2023. Slightly hazy, golden with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly grassy aroma of lemon peel, some fresh grass and a touch of grains. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, fruity-floral and slightly grassy taste of lemon peel, fresh grass and some grains, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite grassy-spicy finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth but quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pleasant, nicely grassy ale, feels fairly German.

330ml bottle. Clear, orange, faint golden colour with huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, snow white head. Grassy, floral, minimally fruity, hoppy and minimally funky, yeasty aroma, hints of petals, hay, chamomile, mandarine peel, minimally waxy overtones. Taste is biscuity, pale malty, floral hoppy and minimally funky yeasty, diluted hints of chamomile, a touch o fpetals and fresh hay, mandarine flavoured biscuits. Watery texture, dry palate, fizzy, macropore carbonation. Nice composition, light, refreshing, sadly slightly overcarbonated - enjoyable.
