Bottle. Color: Hazy pale golden, thin white head. Aroma: Quince, tart. Taste: Fruity quince, subtle spicy, Saison yeast, rural funk. Light to moderate sweet and tart. Very light bitterness. Just below medium body, just below average carbonation. Ok.

A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of yeast, pear, apples, herbs. Taste of herbs, belgian yeast, pale malt, banana, pears.

Fruchtig-säuerlicher Beginn, natürlich, spritzig, trocken-hefig. Spritzig-säuerlich durch die Quitte, sehr erfrischend. Sehr geringe Bitterkeit, mittellanger Abgang, nett. 10/9/10/9/9/9
