We didn't have the Chicken and Halloumi Burgers in the end, simply not hungry. Pours deep amber with a large white head. You can pick up the rum barrel ageing on the nose, also some light caramel and honey. Thick mouthfeel, some dried fruits, caramel again, soft and smooth, easy drinking but perhaps not as much going on here as the impressively derailed description suggests.
