From 0,75l bottle at Nicos. Light yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, vinous, horseradish, grassy, peppery, some stone fruits notes. Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes peppery, grassy, vinous, marzipan, earthy, light candy, lime. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of lime, lightly vinous and grassy notes. Very nice one, loved the grape notes

2022 edition. Pours very light, pale lemonyellow. Scent is full, bit lactic, woody notes. herbal, green citrus. Clear funk, Am-lam style. Taste is sharp, mildly tart, dry. Fruit is a bit herbal, green citrus. Not much wood here, if any. Easy and light. Refreshing.

Floral smooth slightly earthy nose. A bit on vinousness on there as well. Nicely balanced. Not a ton of complexity, but pleasant drinker

Great! Winelike sour... Smells like Natural white wine. It maybe needs some more time on the barrel to develop a deeper character and nice acids. Like it.
