Parasol is a Hazy DIPA made in collaboration with Sparkle (Quiberon) at our brewery. A selection of modern hop varieties bring out peachy and apricot characteristics both in aromas and taste, with a hoppy citrusy finish in the mouth, over a pillowy body.
Hops: Idaho 7, Cashmere, Citra Incognito, Citra T90, Mosaic Cryo.

44cl can à Gualta, achetée à la brasserie en septembre 2023. BB 21/03/2024.
Pâle sur un léger voile, col crémuex tenace blanc.
Arôme est bien houblonné torpical avec de snotes d'agrumes / pamplemousse rose, bonbon candi, oignon bouilli, pointe végétale et poivrée.
Palais est tangy - pas mal d'agrumes - pamplemousse et mandarine, pelure d'orange, pointe de résineux avec une petite douceur latente surfant sur l'ananas, prunelle jaune, groseille verte, bonbon à l'orange. Malt reste bien présent avec une certiane rondeur de bouche - avoine.
